CT is the founder behind a regulatory affairs practice built one committee seat and one working group at a time — starting on a dietary supplement panel in 2007, and continuing today as an active committee and regulatory working group member of the Malaysia Medical Device Association, while training the next generation of the same regulatory community.

CT's affiliations span medical device regulation, chemical industry standards, and technical standards development across six professional bodies in Malaysia and the wider Asia region. The Malaysia Medical Device Association seat, held continuously since 2011, remains active today — alongside ongoing invitations to train and speak for AMMI, MMDA and DOSH audiences.
